I simply called to cancel my account! These idiots told me I have 2 accounts,so I asked to cancel.

They told me I need to call roku bcuz that's where I signed up. I called roku they only had one account? They canceled that one account. I called fox again they say they don't have an account charged to my name.

I told them roku had only one account. They said they couldn't help cancel the other account! I asked you said I have two accounts, so what's the problem closing the other one, when roku closed my account? They said they can't help closing my account.

Just today I get a message from fox that My trial period ends in 5 days! Again I go online to try to cancel! Again it says I have two open accounts? Not true bcuz I closed the roku account, it wouldn't let me close any account!

You see how stupid they are? So I said I'll put a stop payment to you and NOT pay either one.

Then I hung up I couldn't believe fox at all, and left it as is! Never have I delt with such poor service!

Trying to watch a football game and it keeps kicking me out Saying that my free time has elapsed. I purchased a lifetime subscription last fall.

When I tried to contact Customer Service, it said that it would cost me to contact them. Since it was only a few dollars, I went ahead and started it but when I went to check out it added another $40 onto it.

What kind of scam is this? I also tried to change my password, but it wouldnt let me do that.

Still no reply from Fox sports about their Indycar coverage. They put ratings before the fans. Fans plan months ahead.
